Dr. Jeffrey Woolford

As founder of Parallax Enterprises, LLC, and inventor of the proprietary Consolidated Healthcare and Resource Management (CHaRM) System, Dr. Woolford is trusted with the strategic vision leading the company to the forefront of patient safety enhancement and quality improvement.

Dr. Jeffrey S. Woolford is a pilot and physician serving as the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the USAF Residency Aerospace Medicine program at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, and a dual degree graduate from the Johns Hopkins University earning a Master of Public Health from the Bloomberg School of Public Health (2014) and a Master of Business Administration from the Cary Business School (2016). As a pilot-physician, he provides operational and aeromedical guidance on matters of human systems integration to improve the success and safety of Air Force weapons systems and missions. Dr. Woolford is a senior pilot and basic flight surgeon, and is one of the Air Force’s few single-seat qualified pilot-physicians.
